How Can I Be Saved?

The Plan of Salvation and Scriptures to point you to God the Father, Jesus the ONLY Son of God and our Savior and the Holy Spirit, God's power within each Believer. [All scripture is taken from the NIV translation]

John 3:16-18 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God's one and only Son.

Romans 3:23,24 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God and are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus.

Romans 5:8 But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

1 Peter 3:18 For Christ died for sins once for all, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God.

Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

**Romans 10:9 That if you confess with your mouth that "Jesus is Lord", and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.

Ephesians 2:8,9 For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith-and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God-not by works, so that no one can boast.

Galatians 2:20 I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.

John 14:6 Jesus answered, " I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."

John 6:37 All that the Father gives me will co me to me, and whoever comes to me I will never drive away.

If you have never asked Jesus to come into your heart to be your Savior and be the center of your life, then know that he is drawing you and it is God's desire that no one would perish. He draws you. Free will is the choice he has given us. It is up to you to accept him and invite him into your life. You may to do this by saying a simple prayer…This is just a sample prayer…your words and your heart is what God is hearing.

Lord Jesus, I open my heart. I invite you inside to be my Lord, to be my God, to be my forever friend. I want to follow you. Forgive me of my sins. Wash me clean, for I have decided this day to follow you Jesus. Change my life. From this day to forever, I'm yours.
